As you market your apartment community, do you know which amenities to tout? With renters on the move and your marketing efforts and dollars at a premium, we know it’s critical that you promote the most sought after features. Perhaps what they wanted before is different now. So, we commissioned a survey* in May 2021 and asked renters which amenities they looked for when searching for apartments. So, as you create your marketing plan, or even prioritize community upgrades or improvements, you’ll have this data at your fingertips.

Survey respondents ranked the following amenities the highest. It seems the tried and true conveniences are still in hot demand.

On the flipside, they ranked these as the least important. While nice to have, these didn’t seem to entice respondents as much.
