Just in case you missed any of the exciting new features we've rolled out in the customer portal, we decided to compile those updates for you here:
Upload Photos to the Work Order
You can upload photos directly to a work order when scheduling a turn. If you want to show the maintenance that needs to be done, the area that needs extra cleaning, etc.you can upload photos directly from your photo gallery or take pictures directly from your phone.
This feature is available on both the desktop and mobile versions of the portal but more functional when scheduling turns from the Rent Ready mobile app.
You can access the option to upload a photo at the bottom of every service column. You'll be able to upload photos for every service specifically.
Update Work Order Status for In-House and 3rd Party Vendors
You can update the status of in-house and 3rd party vendors directly on the turn board without having to navigate into the full turn!
Re-Cascading Service Dates After Turn Adjustments
If you had in services that aren't a part of your standard turn, the system will now automatically adjust dates and run availability confirmations for any services downstream. This eliminates the need manually update future services.
Flooring
You can now order flooring services with Rent Ready to truly be your one-stop-shop for all of your turn service needs.
Show/Hide Password
You now have the option to show/hide your password when logging into the portal, instead of guessing if you input the wrong password.
