Proptech is always top of mind for us because we have leveraged our technology platform to complete your make-ready services in a snap since our inception. We see proptech as the equation for efficiency. So, we’re sharing some of our favorite multifamily proptech here.

If you aren’t familiar with “proptech,” it’s a term used to “describe any technology for the real estate space,” according to Forbes.

  • Let the scheduling happen: As you indicate what services you need, you’ll be able to see in real-time if your primary Pro is available and if not can make immediate decisions about utilizing a new Pro or changing your date.     
  • Monitor: Open your digital make-ready “board” to monitor day-to-day services in real time. You can see when work is scheduled, begins and is completed - and even receive notifications of status changes.
