Receive Work Orders Anywhere
Service providers who use the Rent Ready Pro app can look at all their current assignments and details right on their smartphone!
As a Rent Ready Pro, you’ll receive work orders directly on your phone once a customer has input their request via the Rent Ready portal. Everything the customer provides in their request is what you as the provider will see right there in the app. (That’s why it’s important for property managers and maintenance managers to put all of the important details at the point of order!)
The app also allows you to see all the work you have on the docket, so you can manage your day-to-day schedule and future projects!
Clock In, Clock Out Feature
Gone are the days of forgetting to log your time on the job. Now, the Rent Ready app enables you to clock in and out on the go! This feature also updates the customer portal so they can easily see when a job has been started and is “in progress”, as well as when an order has been completed!
You can also upload images of the job’s progress to update the customer along the way and let them know where the project currently stands.
Manage Availability
Rent Ready pros can easily use the application to manage their availability, indicating when they can and cannot work on new projects. This allows both the properties to schedule work with accurate availability for their preferred service providers.
Request Add-Ons in the App
When you first arrive at a new job order and do your initial walkthrough of the unit, you may notice something additional that needs to be done and isn’t listed in the current scope of work.
When you have requested an add-on, the app will prompt you to upload any relevant photos and a brief description of the add-on request. This request then heads directly to the customer, notifying them to review the photos and information in your add-on request, as well as an estimated cost that they can either approve or deny.
Once an add-on has been approved, you’ll receive a notification that the add-on has been added to the scope of work and can get started immediately!
Seamless Communication
The Rent Ready digital platform and app gives both the pro and the customer real-time insights into how the job order is progressing and allows both parties to communicate back-and-forth seamlessly until the order is complete.
