When it comes to the turn process, the importance of quality control can’t be overstated. During a typical turn, property management staff are responsible for walking a unit after all the turn services have been completed, which can be a time-consuming task if there are lots of units to inspect.
At Rent Ready, we understand that work not only needs to be done in an efficient and complete manner, but the end result also needs to be high quality.
The Highest Quality, Always
Our in-house quality management team virtually reviews all completed work with service providers as they wrap up their projects to check for successful work completion. By handling these quality checks virtually, we can work with service providers at every step of the turn, rather than waiting until the end to review the entire unit as a whole. This saves your team the time and headache of communicating back and forth with vendors about any potential issues that arise.
Here's How It Works
As soon as a vendor or provider clocks out of an assigned work order, the action initiates a video call between Rent Ready’s Quality Management team and the provider who is still on-site.
During this virtual call, the Quality Management team runs through a comprehensive checklist that specifies all of the items that are standard services plus any specific requirements for that unit. Every checklist is specially customized to the service that is being reviewed.
The Rent Ready Quality Management team is able to identify any areas that need to be reworked and uncover potential issues with the work before property management does a final walkthrough of the unit. By quickly identifying and addressing these potential requests, our team is able to work with the provider to fix any issues then and there.
Don’t leave the quality control process until the last minute — let the Rent Ready Quality Management team handle any minor oversight or issues, so your turn process can continue to run smoothly, on time, every time!
