As property managers, you will schedule the initial work orders through the portal. Our Rent Ready team will manage all of the logistical aspects of the orders that come in through our system. After all, we know better than most that things can change quickly and often during the turn process! 

 

Whether it's updating the scope of work to include a few extra projects, ensuring the service provider has access to the unit or adjusting project timelines to keep up with the provider’s schedule, Rent Ready will make sure all parties know what’s going on from start to finish.

Here's How It Works

Once a new job order has been submitted through the portal, our internal operations team will review it and make sure it’s comprehensive and makes sense for the provider to get started. They will ensure that each work order is paired with the right Rent Ready Pro, according to their capacity and skill set. 

 

From there, our Market Operations Coordinators will manage and optimize the master work schedule for the turn and collaborate with all service providers to make sure delivery expectations are being met. 

 

The operations team is also responsible for monitoring requests that come in throughout the day that may make changes and adjustments to the work order or schedule. By working closely with our Client Relationship Management team, they will quickly resolve any issues to keep things moving smoothly and ensure your projects are completed on time, every time.
