      There are multiple activity types in Stella, here is a breakdown of those activities:

      Property Visits

      Property Visits are meant to log conversations had with onsite staff during the sales process or the regarding the partnership with Rent Ready. These conversations could include sales pitch, pricing, onboarding, expectations, onsite procedure changes, overall quality conversations, etc. 

       

      Pro Visits

      Property Visits are meant to log conversations had with Pros/Companies regarding their partnership with Rent Ready. These conversations could include payout, process, app training, content training, etc.

       

      Quality Checks

      Quality Checks are meant to log the check of a unit after work has been completed. These checks have the ability to log if the unit was walked with or without the Pro, with or without onsite staff and give the the work done a score (1-5). With the rating, if any service is deemed a "3" or below, a Case is automatically created to give more insight in the ratings of Pros and their work done.These Quality Checks are meant to be done for every unit that is walked by a SQM or PAM.
