Auto-Schedule from the Job Profile

To use auto-schedule the PSM will perform the following steps:

Create the Job Profile and the work orders so the overall status is “Open-Unscheduled”
Navigate to a skillset tab
In the 'Pro Availability' section, use the pre-existing grids to determine which Pro to schedule (*Note: to see a different day, change the “tentative date for work” and click refresh by the grid)
Populate the 'Preferred Resource' and the 'Tentative Date' field with the name of the Pro and the desired date to be scheduled (you can also populate the AM/PM preference as well)
Repeat this process for each skillset with preferred pro and date for work
Click 'Create/Update' for the Auto Schedule to occur
Once Auto Schedule is complete, each WO status will be “Open-Scheduled”

**This can allow the PSM to perform all ordering actions at once, without having to click on the 'Create/Update' button first to schedule.
