- Work Summary
- Total work items: This shows you the count of how many specifics tasks there are associated to that work order, including add-ons. (Note: that does not mean if there are 2 accent walls it will display 2; it will only count once for each addon, regardless of the amount for that specific addon)
- Roll only: If a property specifies as Roll Only an icon would appear and specify as “Roll Only Property” (Note: this applies to Paint/Repair only)
- Line items: Each line item is a different add-on for the work order. If you see the information icon (an “I” in a circle) to the left of the text, that indicates that there is some additional information/notes for that add-on. **Note: Pros will NOT be able to clock out if they have requested a reschedule for this work order
**Pro Tip: You cannot clock in and out within the same minute or the system will show you can error. If you clock in at 3:31pm, you must wait until 3:32 to clock out.
