This is the process to reactivate former Pros in STELLA

Reactivating Former Pros

1. Navigate to the Contact Record for that former Pro
2. Change 'Contact Status' to 'Current'
   1. This will automatically create and assign licenses in the system for that Pro
   2. It does require that there is a linked Bookable Resource Record  which can be found further down on the contact page
      
      1. If they do not have a Bookable Resource Record the applicant needs to go through the application process to get created in the normal process
