This articles discusses the two Company flow types.
Company: Tier 1 - Tier 1 companies are companies that have multiple crews, centralized operations/scheduling and the skills assessment can be completed by assessing their work at a work site. A Tier 1 company also indicates that a in-person interview is not required that more price negotiations will be necessary.

- On the 'Basic Information' tap of the application, you can switch the application between a Standard Pro and Company and then also set Company Tier 1 or 2
When can I switch the application type?
- The application can be switched up to, and while the application is in 'Phone/Initial Screen' - During the phone/initial screen is when the recruiter is to make the final decision as to what type of application and/or company is should be. This should be updated prior to moving the application beyond the Phone/Initial Screen.
