In order to allow for flexibility in paying high-performing companies and pros, we have incorporated variable payout options. This provides an additional overall percentage increase payout.

This can be found on the contact Pro/Company record: 

In this example, 10 represents an additional 10% payout. For example, if a typical service is $100, then with this variable payout, the payout for this Pro would be $110. This adjusted amount will be reflected in the estimated payout and the automatically created payroll line items within the system.
