What is Work Order Action History?

Work Order Action History (WOAH) is a way to capture changes made to a Work Order.

There are 5 different reasons this WOAH record is created:

      1. Cancellation

      • This record gets automatically created when a cancellation is processed through the Job Profile.
      • Each WO that is cancelled will receive 1 WOAH for the cancellation.
      • The "Action" will be set to "cancellation"

      2. Reschedule

      • This record gets automatically created when a reschedule is processed through the Job Profile.
      • Each WO that is rescheduled will receive 1 WOAH for the reschedule.
      • The "Action" will be set to "reschedule"

      3. Deletion of BRB

      • This record gets automatically created when a BRB is removed from the WO.
      • A notification will be created for PSM to give more details for this WOAH.
      • The "Action" will be blank initially.

      4. Update of BRB

      • This record gets automatically created when BRB is updated (ie new pro or new date/time)
      • A notification will be created for PSM to give more details for this WOAH.
      • The "Action" will be blank initially.

      5. Time off Requests

      • This record gets automatically created when a pro submits a time off request or when the PSM creates a time off request on behalf of a pro.
      • Each WO that the pro is removed from will receive 1 WOAH for the removal.
      • The "Action" will be set to "Pro Removal"
